Blue was Spike's Team “Spy” but was only given a spy mission a few times, he’s very smart; he’s read a whole library full of books and knows nearly everything about “Marcel-arts” although he has never been seen putting them to use, he was trained specially by Spike at hand-to-hand-combat. Blue is probably the last to act in danger, he mostly likes leaving the fighting to the others unless it’s a mission he’s assigned to, he didn't really like his job all that much but he did it anyhow, when he talks to Spike he calls him “Sir” or "Commander" and was very obedient whenever asked to do anything.

Blue was on Spike’s team as a “Spy” and tricked Vicky for a chaos emerald once, after a while and long time of failing he was zapped to a possible future changing his entire life around, he told Vicky he and her were together but after the time-line adjusted his memory of the future went with it, but Vicky and him found themselves differently even so.
