Tim or “Freeze” is Trixie’s friend but shows little interest in Trixie and hardly talks to her at all, he seems to stay alone and hardly talks to anyone but his brother "Flame" he is known to follow him around a lot, Flame is the only one Tim really trusts although there often shows brother-rivalry between the two, but they still like each other and make up in the end as brothers do. He’s very emotional and lately he’s been thinking his life is a waste of time mostly on account of his loosing the ability to help, he feels useless and just wants to stay home a lot of the time he’s even gotten to the point where he finds his friends a waste of time too witch can push him to the point of being a traitor or whatever may look to be the wrong side of him, but really inside he only wants to feel needed.

Tim was always the younger child, as a kid he had an ability but after loosing that ability he lost the ability to help his friends when in danger, he felt angry and upset but hid all signs of emotion with the exception of complaints, he recently found he out of the blue could walk through fire without being burned, he saved Vicky’s life once by doing so when she attempted to save him from a burning building, and is currently hiding the fact he can read minds.
